Employees who feel that their work lives are out of their control will look for ways of gaining or regaining that control. The promise of a Union is a promise of control — a collective bargaining agreement that limits you and empowers your employees. But if you can empower your employees first, they will be less likely to look elsewhere. In this 90-minute webinar, participants will learn why employees might lean towards a Union and what you can do now to minimize that lean. We will also look at signs of Union organizing, what you can and should do and what you must avoid.
