EANE also supports the training and development efforts of area organizations by providing the following services:
Needs Assessment
We can meet with appropriate personnel to identify training needs based on current staff performance and organizational goals and objectives.
Program Development
Many training programs currently being offered began as member company requests. EANE trainers can develop new programs based on an organization's specific needs.
Group Facilitation
EANE's training specialists are also experienced group facilitators. We can facilitate meetings and other types of group sessions on a one-time or recurring basis.
Discrimination/Harassment Prevention
Several of EANE's trainers have been certified by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) to conduct harassment and discrimination prevention training.
Internal & External Customer Service
EANE offers a training series for building teamwork and communication among individuals who, as a department or cross-functional group, serve external customers.
Strategic Planning
EANE can provide consulting and process assistance to member companies in the development of departmental and organization-wide strategic plans.
