Once the “basics” of supervision has been covered, what’s next? The purpose of this certificate program is to give supervisors that “next step” of development and begin to explore more advanced topics within supervision. Sessions include subjects requiring an advanced knowledge of the workplace, the law and people.
EANE’s unique offering of classroom training, computer-based instruction, and subject specific assignments provides today’s busy supervisors and managers an opportunity to continue to develop their skills and abilities as a leader.
This certificate is designed for individuals who have completed the Principles of Leadership Series and for experienced supervisors and managers.
Receipt of the Certificate is accomplished by completing the following core sessions, the online topics and two electives of your choice.
