Instructor: Mark R. Adams, Esq., SPHR / Patti D'Amaddio, SPHR
The development and implementation of an effective Affirmative Action Program (AAP) can be an overwhelming objective. This three-day program will provide you with a working knowledge of how to develop and maintain a comprehensive, written AAP including the preparation of each of the required workforce and statistical analyses reports using your own company's statistics.
Target Audience
Human Resource professionals who are responsible for affirmative action plan development and administration (namely, companies with federal contracts or subcontracts of $50,000 or more and have 50 or more employees). The program is beneficial for the professional who needs a refresher on these responsibilities or who is getting involved for the first time.
The Affirmative Action Plan Design, Development and Implementation Series includes:
Affirmative Action: Plan Design Overview (1-day session) - August 1, 2012
Affirmative Action: Performing the Statistical Analysis (2-day session) August 8 & 15, 2012
It is recommended that participants who have not previously developed a comprehesive written AAP attend each of the three sessions.
