This webinar presented by John McTighe, Director of Specialized Services, Strategic Information Resources will cover the key requirements of the FCRA, EEOC and state law compliance.  For EEOC and FCRA, we will examine case examples where employers were "burned," and then review the key compliance requirements.   In addition, we will identify specific state requirements; the key points of the MA CORI bill, address hire/no hire criteria and suggestions of how to develop a strong screening policy that covers compliance with FCRA, EEOC, and state law.
