Impactful health and welfare programs require both intelligent design and effective implementation to meet core business and benefit objectives. Intelligent design requires understanding of the external business and legislative environment as well as your own organization’s internal business, financial and cultural reality. Participants will gain the skills and knowledge to effectively design and execute benefit plans through the use of hands-on exercises, discussion and lecture.
