Competencies impact individual performance and the bottom line! Influencing, self-knowledge, decision making skills, leading, vision — these and 57 other competencies will be discussed. We may not be able to predict tomorrow's jobs with accuracy, but we can predict the competencies and skill sets our workforce will need to give us a competitive edge. Participants will identify their company's values and select critical competencies to be used in hiring and developing their workforce through the use of EANE's competency cards. All participants will receive a complimentary set of EANE's competency cards. Additional sets are available for purchase.
