The employee handbook functions as the organization's official "�how-to" guide. Learn what should and should not be included and why. Discuss effective ways to communicate your policies and procedures to managers and employees. This interactive and practical workshop will give participants the opportunity to review their handbooks, draft new policies and modify existing ones. Be sure to bring your employee handbooks and laptops with you!

Human Resource professionals, managers and others responsible for the developing and updating of policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
