Everyone insists "You must document" negative actions taken against employees. However, how you document is just as important as the process itself. Good documentation may prevent lawsuits, wrongful discharge claims, discrimination charges, unemployment claims and workers compensation claims. Bad documentation can be worthless or may even be used against you. Participants will learn how to protect their company's interest in the event termination is required.
