This unique program was developed in response to numerous inquires from members. In this program, leads will build skills through presentations, hands-on participation and skill practice. This program is designed to help leads maintain a productive work environment, improve motivation and morale and provide new tools for leading their team members. Target Audience Learning Objectives Competencies Register for both LSP and LSPII and receive a 15% discount.
This program is for participants with two or more years of experience who have completed EANE's Leadership Skill for Lead People program.
