THIS PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY NOT SCHEDULED IN 2012. This program introduces you to different position evaluation methodologies and focus on the use of the National Position Evaluation Plan (NPEP). NPEP, the first point factor position evaluation plan developed in this country is easy to understand, reliable, valid and enjoys broad acceptance nationally and across industries. Participants will practice evaluating positions within their organization to see how the system works.
