This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skill and business perspective critical for building incentive/variable pay programs that are aligned with organizational business strategy and culture. As a key part of EANE’s Total Rewards program, participants will develop a business case for implementing an incentive/variable pay plan that focuses on individual, group and organizational rewards. Participants benefit from hands-on team exercises that set plan objectives, eligibility, appropriate targets, measurements, timing and funding as critical components of incentive/variable pay plans.
Target Audience
It is strongly recommended that participants complete EANE’s Compensation Administration: Basic Design and Development program or have extensive experience in compensation plans. This program is designed for HR and Compensation professionals, business owners, and others who want to know more about how to work with and implement variable pay plans.
