What steps do you take to ensure that your interviewing process results in the selection of the candidate with the highest potential for success in the position? By using behavioral interviewing you can do just that. This class is a practical step-by-step approach for planning, conducting and evaluating a structured, behavioral interview. Based on the principal that past behavior is the best predictor of future performance, participants will learn to recognize the critical factors that predict performance and how to assess candidates using a variety of questioning techniques and interview tools. Through an interactive format you will have an opportunity to develop skills for effective behavior focused interviews and candidate screening.
