Reference Checking Services

Your key to knowledgeable hiring!

Applicants provide potential employers with a great deal of information on their background, experience, education and skills. But how, as the potential employer, do you ensure the accuracy of this information? Statistics show that between 25 and 30% of the data provided by applicants is misleading, exaggerated or completely false. Where do you find the time to verify the data?

Our Reference Checking Service can give you that time and peace of mind. Through objective investigation, we will address the important areas of employment history, past performance, rehire status, professional and technical skills, and accomplishments. Other services include academic verification, criminal conviction record checks, driving record checks and credit checks. These services are provided on a timely, professional basis so you can expedite your selection process!
