U.S. Tsubaki, a worldwide manufacturing leader, seeks a results-oriented HR professional for our Roller Chain Division in Holyoke, MA. This unit employs a diverse work force of 180, of which 130 are represented by the United Steelworkers.

The successful candidate will provide support in all Human Resources activities including employee and labor relations, recruiting, benefits administration, communications, training and employee development, performance management, compensation and special projects. This position will work closely with all levels of management and will be viewed as a key advisor to the division. You will also provide day-to-day supervision of one HR Assistant.

Job Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field; Masters degree preferred; 7+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing facility; excellent communication and coaching skills; strong PC and HRIS background and a working knowledge of Federal, State and local labor laws.
