We are seeking an experienced HR professional with 3+ years of generalist HR experience whose responsibilities will include management and support for recruitment and hiring activities, employee relations, benefits administration, workers compensation and performance management. CBC has 250 non-unionized staff, and provides a progressive and creative work environment and benefits program. Desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree, in depth knowledge and experience in key HR functions, excellent communication skills and expertise with HRIS systems, along with a sense of humor. PHR certification is a plus.
