Director of Human Resources

We are searching for a dynamic individual to direct the agencies human resource functions. Brien Center is a not-for-profit corporation with over 400 employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, workforce development, health and safety, labor compliance and to provide HR consultation. This full-time position reports to the CEO and will participate on the senior leadership team. A 4-year degree in Human Resource Management or related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years experience in supervising an HR department is required. Extensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations is required.
