The Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute seeks an organized, detail-oriented individual for a two-year position working closely with the Publications and Curatorial staff to advance the planning, organization, and implementation of the Clark’s exhibition program, with special attention to related publications. Responsibilities include researching, obtaining, and tracking illustrations and permissions relating to special exhibition catalogues; fact-checking and formatting catalogue texts; and assisting with the preparation of grant applications, press materials, and other exhibition-related materials. Some travel may be required. Ideal candidate will have minimum B.A. in Art History, English, or related field, knowledge of foreign language(s), and facility in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
