Gould Farm, situated on a 650 acre working farm in the Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts, is a not-for-profit human service agency serving adults with mental illness for over 90 years. We are currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide the full range of human resources support, including: workforce planning, recruitment and staff development; performance management; compensation and benefits; leadership and team development; organizational development; human resource policy, practice and strategy; and employee relations.

The successful candidate must also have :

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent and at least 6 years generalist experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification is desirable.
• Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to influence others are essential.
• Experience in organizational development, facilitating change and mediation are also desirable.
• Must be computer literate, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills.

Compensation package includes generous vacation, comprehensive medical, dental, life, and 401K. Gould Farm prefers employees to live on the farm and provides free housing, utilities, and meals.
