These forums are moderated by employersassocation.org staff in order to protect the privacy of the participants and to ensure appropriate postings. Under no circumstances are children encouraged to disclose personal information to employersassocation.org in order to participate in any online forum, game or activity.

Registration is required when you use a few specialized site services because it enables employersassocation.org to identify you and it protects your privacy.
