A unique hands-on business simulation much like a board game will make learning about business finance fun and interesting.  Participants inherit a business that is not very profitable.  Over 3 simulated years, they turn it into a very profitable company with lots of cash and industry leading return on assets and return on equity.  Teams learn how to monitor cash flow, make resource utilization improvements, and measure results in the balance sheet and income statement.  In year one, they focus on reducing working capital.  In year two, they successfully compete in a market where prices are declining and in year three they experience the impact on the bottom line of many small wins achieved through continuous improvement.
