Handled poorly, change management can create enormous problems for business.  Surveys indicate that only 6% of change management projects are completed successfully. The  process of change often causes feelings of anxiety and confusion.  Change management is a fundamental competency needed by HR professionals.  Providing support and guidance to inspire employees to meet organizational vision.  Learn how to implement a change program successfully when dealing with human behavior – master the “soft” side of change management.

Target Audience
Human Resource professionals who possess a strong base knowledge of human resource topics and 3 - 5 years of experience in the human resource area.
