This two-day certificate program provides leads, group leaders, team leaders, work coordinators and others who do not have supervisory responsibilities a better understanding of the unique demands of their position. The program provides specific techniques that will help them perform more effectively in their new leadership position. The two-day program focuses on changing relationships for leads/group leaders, the expectations and limitations of the position and communication and time management demands from employees and management.
