Mid-level management is a profession unto itself.  As a middle manager you are expected to address a set of management concerns and deliverables related to, yet sufficiently different than those addressed by senior managers and supervisors. You provide the most important link between top management, operating staff and customers. You are responsible for the actions and productivity of your supervisors or managers. In addition, you need to focus on improving revenues and profitability by empowering your team to make decisions and take on the responsibilities of increasing sales and profits.

Target Audience

This certificate series is designed for mid-level managers who have supervisors or professionals reporting to them. It is designed to help the mid-level manager be an organization’s strongest resource for strategic change.

360 Assessment Tool

Feedback is necessary for a manager to understand his/her strengths and areas for improvement, and to contribute insights into aspects of his or her work needing professional development. A 360 Assessment is one of the best methods for receiving performance feedback and understanding personal and organizational development needs. It can be an important part of a manager's personal performance management system.  A manager's effectiveness within an organization can dramatically improve with self knowledge and candid information from those with whom he/she works.

Fee includes the 360 Assessment and a one-on-one meeting with a facilitator on your personal development plan.

The 360 Assessment Overview is scheduled for:

February 7, 2012 - Shelton, CT

September 4, 2012 - Sturbridge, MA

Participant numbers will be limited to ensure personal attention from program facilitators.

Series includes the following programs:
February 14, 2012 - Understanding Your Behavioral Style as a Manager
February 29, 2012 - Advanced Presentation Skills
March 13, 2012 - Business Acumen Simulation
March 27, 2012 - Human Change Management
April 10, 2012 - Developing Others to Their Potential and Beyond

All Registrations are required 3 weeks prior to first program due to the pre-work assignments.
