Leading and managing change is a difficult, challenging task. Less than 30% of major organizational change initiatives achieve the desired result. You will learn to use a simple, powerful model for leading and managing change while developing an implementation plan for your specific change initiative. Change management requires us to think about how to manage and control the impact of the change on the organization. With change comes the realization, "I must manage change, and I must consider its impact on our business, our organization, our people, our culture, and our values." As a leader you face many challenges and responsibilities in managing change in your organization.
