Patti has been associated with large employers within the manufacturing environment and most recently with a nationally based provider of technical outsourcing services. In each capacity, Patti has been responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resource services. Patti brings particular strength to the team in the disciplines of compensation and benefit plan design, labor and employee relations. Patti completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and her Masters of Business and Human Resource Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). |

While working in a Human Resources career for over 15 years with several area companies, Peter was involved in Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Safety Management. He has provided training to all level of management from first time supervisors to senior executive. Training topics have included performance management, sexual harassment, recruitment & selection and employee relations. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1992, Peter was a partner in the Law Firm of Brunault, Proulx & McGuinness in Holyoke, MA. He is a past president and member of the Holyoke Rotary Club. He serves on the Board of Directors of several area non- profits organizations including Providence Ministries for the Needy, Inc and the Holyoke Visiting Nurses Association. |

Prior to NTA, she served as a senior consultant for Management Development International, Inc. She has designed and delivered highly acclaimed professional development programs for manufacturing and retail, financial, hospitality, and health care industries in the Northeast. She has also served as the Director of Training and Development at Albert Steiger, Inc., a retail department store chain in Western Massachusetts and Vision Corner, a retail optical chain in Connecticut. There she designed and implemented comprehensive customer service, executive development programs, and performance management systems. When LensCrafters acquired Vision Corner, she continued in her role as a Regional Training Director. In this role, she recruited frontline and management associates, developed a mentor program for new hires that dramatically reduced turnover, and designed and conducted a new hire orientation program. In addition, she served as the General Manager of a LensCrafter’s store in Hartford, Connecticut. Marge has earned a Master of Science Degree and an Educational Specialist Certificate from the State University of New York at Albany in Higher Education Administration and Human Resources. |
