Our staff members answer thousands of calls annually on a full spectrum of human resource, labor, employment and management-related issues including wages and salaries, benefits, labor relations, policies and practices.
Regional and National Survey Data
The EANE conducts numerous surveys each year to provide valuable statistical information. Members who participate in Wage and Salary Surveys, Personnel Practices and Benefits Surveys receive the results as part of their dues. Alternatively, member who do not participate in EANE-sponsored surveys can still purchase these results at a discounted rate. Non-members pay twice as much to purchase EANE survey results! We also conduct specialized surveys upon request.

Networking Opportunities with Your Peers
The EANE serves as a networking link for our members. Regular meetings of professional groups provide a forum for a variety of management functions, with a special emphasis on human resource professionals. These forums allow participants to share concerns, resources, ideas and to discuss critical topics of the day. We will also facilitate networking between members with specific human resource questions and other members who have agreed to share their experiences.
