The National Labor Relations Board has published a final rule that will make it harder for employers to defend themselves against union organizing efforts by shortening the amount of time union petitions are handled by the National Labor Relations Board. While the rule does not take effect until April, 30th, 2012, employers need to prepare now for its impact.
