This study program prepares the Human Resource Professional to take the national accreditation exam sponsored by SHRM from the Human Resource Certification Institute. EANE uses a nationally proven study program that parallels with the major functional areas of the exams. Sessions are highly interactive and include discussions,
exercises and a practice test. Instructors will cover test-taking and study strategies to help increase participants’ chances of passing the exam at the first attempt.

Ten-Week Classroom Study Group

Online Training
EANE has partnered with The Employers Association (EA) of Minnesota to offer this flexible on-line program. This learning course is for HR practitioners planning to take the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification examination for either the PHR or SPHR designations.
This on-line program provides:

• Weekly e-mails containing important reminders, study tips, and additional discussion questions
• Opportunity to submit individual questions and receive answers from EA’s consultants
