Publications
As a benefit of membership to EANE, members of the association are provided with a variety of publications many of which are also available on-line in our Members Only section). These publications take many forms:
"White Papers" provide you with detailed explanations of common labor and employment issues.
"Newsletters" are also a part of the manuals and are issued to members periodically to keep you abreast of changes in the labor and employment field as they occur.
An initial set of Wage and Salary Surveys are also enclosed to provide you with the market information you need to assess whether your compensation structure is in tune with today's job market.
Subject File Library
Our comprehensive library is comprised of sample policies, forms, newspaper clippings, summaries of legal proceedings and outcomes, booklets, and other pertinent literature topically indexed by category in files that may be loaned out as needed to members. Whether its attendance, drug testing, performance appraisals or some other matter of interest, chances are we have a folder on it. Members also contribute to the folders with their own informational contributions.
