In this highly interactive program, you’ll learn proven techniques to build successful project plans and drive outcomes. The course covers the five process groups defined by the Project Management Institute and introduces approximately 20 practical tools.
Prework: Participants are encouraged to bring a current or upcoming project to apply what they learn in real time.
