This series of programs builds upon the skills learned in EANE's popular HR Administrator Series. It builds skills in the core competencies - Functional, Management, Leadership and Personal attributes. The combination of core modules and electives allows participants to tailor the program to meet their specific professional and personal needs. Individuals who complete all of the core modules and fourteen hours of electives within 2 years will receive a certificate of completion. Certification gives the practicing human resource professional a way to demonstrate an advanced level of professional competences, knowledge and credibility.
