Affirmative Action Services
Written Affirmative Action Plans are required of employers who employ fifty (50) or more employees and have contracts, subcontracts and/or some grants with the federal government in excess of $50,000. Comprising over 100 pages of statistical and narrative material, these plans must be maintained on an annual basis. Yet, despite these intricate and confusing obligations, the federal government has provided little guidance on the proper development of these plans!

Employee Opinion Surveys
The EANE Employee Opinion Survey, compiled in conjunction with Employers Associations around the country, is the most widely used attitude survey instrument in the United States. It is a balanced survey instrument relying on a series of pertinent, carefully tested and worded statements requiring a simple yes or no answer. Because the survey has been administered to thousands of employees over the years, it has been calibrated and verified over time. Companies using the survey can be assured of valid comparisons to norms calculated for each question, providing a necessary benchmark not available in other surveys of this type.

Human Resource Partners
We'd like to add a new acronym to your life! HRP! It stands for human resource partner. EANE employs experienced professionals to support our members. HRPs are available to our members for assistance with projects including HR practice reviews, recruiting, reference checks, I-9 audits, mentoring new staff, exit interviews, developing job descriptions, job evaluations, employee handbook and personnel policy writing and review, safety issues, affirmative action plans and onsite interim HR management. Internal Investigation
Prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation of harassment, discrimination, or employee complaints helps to ensure legal compliance, create a respectful and inclusive workplace, and may even mitigate liability.
