This program will provide participants with actions to take in their first 90 days as a supervisor to lay a foundation for long-term success. People who are new to supervision have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization and its employees. They also wrestle with various concerns about how effective they will be in their new role. Assist them early in their career by having them attend this one-day program.
Target Audience
New supervisors, team leaders, individuals interested in becoming a supervisor, or those who never had an opportunity to be trained in a leadership position.
