During this program, participants will view total rewards programs from both a monetary and non-monetary perspective, as aligned by their organization’s strategies.  Participants craft an employee value proposition statement and six essential total rewards components that balance employer and employee needs. Hands-on exercises underscore a collaborative and practical approach to building programs.
