The Employers Association of the NorthEast offers bottom-line, practical, results-oriented training programs on Management and Staff Development topics. EANE provides public seminars, workshops and briefings on an on-going basis for our member companies at our Agawam, MA, Worcester, MA, Meriden, CT and Lincoln, RI Training Centers. EANE also conducts programs throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.
The extensive practical experience of EANE's staff and the "hands-on," straightforward approach used in EANE programs are some of the reasons why many member companies continuously use us as their "Total Training Resource". We can also work closely with you to customize and deliver training in a cost-effective and timely manner on-site at your organization.
Additional Training and Development Services
EANE also supports the training and development efforts of area organizations by providing the following services:
Needs Assessment
We can meet with appropriate personnel to identify training needs based on current staff performance and organizational goals and objectives.
Program Development
Many training programs currently being offered began as member company requests. EANE trainers can develop new programs based on an organization's specific needs.
Group Facilitation
EANE's training specialists are also experienced group facilitators. We can facilitate meetings and other types of group sessions on a one-time or recurring basis.
Discrimination/Harassment Prevention
Several of EANE's trainers have been certified by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) to conduct harassment and discrimination prevention training.
Internal & External Customer Service
EANE offers a training series for building teamwork and communication among individuals who, as a department or cross-functional group, serve external customers.
Strategic Planning
EANE can provide consulting and process assistance to member companies in the development of departmental and organization-wide strategic plans.
