The Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) traces its roots back to the early 1900's. Our goal then and now is to promote sound employee/employer relations. We do this by assisting member organizations in improving their personnel policies and practices, and by assisting with management development via consultation and training. We serve companies throughout the northeast, primarily in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Rhode Island.
Currently our membership numbers over 900 organizations representing manufacturers, financial institutions, hospitals, colleges, insurance companies, health care, retail, human services, business services, libraries, and municipalities. Our members range in employment size from one to several thousand employees.
Membership entitles companies to a wide array of services and benefits. The most significant of these is access to professionals. Our staff brings years of experience to the Association in the areas of labor and employment law, day-to-day human resource management, strategic planning, training, and organizational development.
