Winning Through Diversity

Instructor: Vicki Gallon-Clark
Fee: $125.00

A company is only as good as the people who work there. As a leader, how do you effectively manage these resources when each person is so different? In the work environment, you are dealing not only with differences in race, gender and culture; you are also addressing issues that include communication styles, age, education, values and so much more! What does valuing and managing these differences have to do with serving customers and staying in business? Learn how to see opportunities, strength and potential where today you might see just differences. Participants will begin to connect the dots to see how their actions toward others either hurt or help the organization fulfill its mission and vision. Essentially, through interactive exercises and in-class assignments, you will see how you and your company can gain the competitive edge by creating an environment that allows each person to reach his/her full potential.
