National Executive Compensation Survey – Currently Ongoing through February 15th
Members should have already received their invitation to participate in 2019 National Executive Compensation Survey during the month of January via a customized email; containing unique login information to the survey.
The National Executive Compensation Survey provides key benchmark data such as base compensation, short-term and long-term bonus plans, for executive and director-level operational, engineering, finance, sales and marketing positions. The report provides breakdowns of the data both by industry and by revenue so that companies have several ways to compare their figures to the market. Members who participate will receive a FREE copy of the results (a $790 value) when the results are published. Data will be collected until February 15th.
Southern New England Compensation Survey – Will Launch on March 7th
For benchmark data below the executive level, the Southern New England Compensation survey spans jobs that are exempt and non-exempt in nature; covering a variety of different industries. While this year’s survey will once again be collected via a separate and customized portal, we have rolled out a more robust spreadsheet that you can use to collect and compile your data in advance of the launch so that you have a greater ability to take part at your convenience.
Containing an input worksheet, as well as worksheet for instructions, job titles and job descriptions, the spreadsheet provides everything you need to begin the process; allowing you to simply login after the launch to fill out your demographic questions and upload your data.
