Employers Association of the NorthEast Welcomes New Professionals to The Team!

Employers Association of the NorthEast is proud to announce that our professional team has continued to grow. With the numerous employment law changes and the tight labor market that companies are navigating, EANE is proud to have grown our already formidable bench strength with recent additions to our team! We’re proud of our tradition of delivering a full range of cutting edge resources and services that guide our members to support, train, and retain their workforces and ultimately help their organizations succeed. The following additions to our professional staff are already making it possible for us to keep up with the demands of our member organizations while we create new and exciting development opportunities for businesses throughout the North East.

Please join us in welcoming these outstanding professionals to the EANE team!

Lenore Braun has joined us in a permanent capacity as our new Learning & Development Specialist. Lenore has been working with us on a part-time basis since the spring of 2019. This fall, she has assumed new full-time responsibilities assisting with the development of training programs designed to fill the skills gaps that businesses are challenged by throughout the North East. Lenore will be assisting our members as they assess their training and development needs and apply for state funding to cover some of their employee training costs.

Lenore’s driving passion is helping others create the change they want and need one small step at a time. Her professional experience includes administration, project management, recruitment, career coaching, workshop development and facilitation and public speaking training. Leveraging her creative side and passion for helping others, Lenore has created a dynamic blend of professional development workshops designed to get people “unstuck” in their career tracks, so that they can land the opportunities they want and need.

Ellen McKitterick is EANE’s newest Human Resource Business Partner. Ellen joined us this summer after her family relocated from Arizona where she worked with a sister employers association. With her extensive employment law and training experience, Ellen advises member organizations on all aspects of employment law including wage & hour issues, employment discrimination, employee benefits, leaves of absence and unemployment.

Ellen is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer, training EANE members and non-members on harassment prevention, basic employment concepts, employee medical and leave issues and key management skills. Her areas of specialization include LGBTQ+ and reasonable accommodation issues.

In addition to the knowledge base that we’ve gained with these professional additions to our professional team, EANE is happy to welcome Christopher Dondoros on a full-time basis. Chris is working closely with our learning and development and marketing teams to ensure members and non-members are informed about the numerous learning opportunities that EANE is providing throughout the Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets.

EANE focuses on helping our member organizations grow their people, grow their business, and grow their success. With the additional skills and knowledge that we’ve gained by these staff additions, we are stronger and more agile than we’ve ever been. Please join us in welcoming our new colleagues, and in celebrating the fact that their knowledge is now available to all of our member organizations!
