Learn de-escalation strategies using law enforcement officer proven techniques including verbal de-escalation, physical and situational awareness, relative positioning techniques and environmental scanning. The class includes interactive attendee polling as well as situational exercises in small groups. You will review the behavioral continuum and learn how to handle a variety of scenarios and circumstances.
