DESCRIPTION:A half-day workshop that gives supervisors\, managers\, and senior leaders four communication techniques they can use right away. \nCommunication training for leaders too often means a generic lecture on “communicating better.” This is 3.5 hours\, live\, built around four skills and a personalized action plan participants leave with. 3.5 HRCI and SHRM credits included. \nNOTE: This training is virtual.
