SUMMARY:Creating Workplace Respect (Virtual)
DESCRIPTION:This program will challenge participants to examine the value of building and creating a respectful workplace. People will identify what creates a respectful culture and what can destroy one.  We will look at the important role that diversity\, equity\, inclusion play in creating a sense of “belonging.” When people feel that they “belong” they are more productive and engaged at work. Participants will discover how their own unconscious bias can be revealed and dealt in a positive way. The course will introduce the concept of authentic self and why it is important in an organization.
