DESCRIPTION:To protect an organization from legal liability\, employers must take immediate and effective steps to address harassment\, discrimination\, or any other behavioral issues in the workplace. This interactive workshop will teach you how to properly conduct an internal workplace investigation\, covering everything from deciding whether to initiate an investigation\, determining its scope\, interviewing techniques\, documentation skills\, and presenting findings to support your actions.
