Crisis Planning | we all have disaster recovery plans which will help if our computer systems crash but are we ready for the next pandemic? One of our members, R.H. White Construction Co. came into the COVID situation a few steps ahead of most of us. They have had in place not only a disaster recovery plan but a pandemic plan and a crisis management plan. Join us to hear how they developed, have maintained and improved on their plans and what advice they would provide others in developing more robust crises/disaster plans!
