DESCRIPTION:Massachusetts has enacted a new law that will require some Massachusetts employers to disclose pay ranges to applicants and employees as well as to furnish pay information to the state.  While the multi-tier requirements apply to differing types of employers\, Massachusetts employers with at least 25 employees will have to comply with some aspect of this law.  What are all the requirements?  Which requirements apply to some employers and not others?  When will they take effect?
