Managers and supervisors need to understand the impact of substance abuse and know what to do next. \nLearn about the signs of impairment so that you can properly intervene while keeping your employees and workspace safe throughout the process. Gain an understanding of the interplay among substance use and employment laws so you can make proactive policy changes that will mitigate your organization’s risk. \nNOTE: This training is virtual.
