The Payscale PEER platform is a custom, dynamic, and modern compensation tool and survey platform which replaces our static wage and salary survey!

This new tool will enable you to:

• Upload your organization’s survey data as you always have;
• Quickly price one of your positions, a family of jobs, a department or your entire workforce;
• Customize your reporting/benchmarking by industry, size, geography, and quite possibly by comparing to particular organizations (subject to regulations and best practices);
• Have access to your data and these benchmark data throughout the year; and
• Have access to other EANE member data and the entire PEER network encompassing over 4200 jobs and 2500 plus employers.
