Performing at a consistently high level while working remotely demands not only the skills to complete the job but also a commitment to time management. This workshop helps to identify time management challenges and use goals and prioritizing as strategies to best manage time. Class participants will develop an action plan to put these strategies into practice immediately so that they can improve the consistency of their remote-work performance and achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
