National Sales Compensation Survey Set to Launch
July is an important month for surveys at EANE, and we a few that will be at various points of production.
Surveying the area market on health insurance and other benefits, our 2022 Insurance and Benefits Survey will remain open for members through July 29th. Members who have not participated as of yet can Contact EANE to obtain the link.
For companies with key sales positions within their organization, the National Sales Compensation is a great resource to gauge base and variable compensation on Sales Management as well as Inside and Outside Sales Positions. EANE is proud to co-sponsor this survey with other Employer Association groups from across the country. Members will receive customized survey invitations with unique links to participate later this month.
There is no cost to take part in either of these surveys and participation allows you to receive the results free of charge. Additionally, your participation continues to help validate and ensure that these surveys will continue to be a valuable resource to members.
